Every alternate reality is the same in this sence. With time rewind power you can only see more than most of people as you can see those alternate realities and possibilities but still all of them leads to disasters and sadness. No matter what you pick are you just delaying the inevitable and avoiding the truth about life? Is your only true choice in life if you stay ignorant or try to care about what life is essentially? No matter how much power you have like time rewind power in the end you still cannot escape what life is. Games like life is strage makes you question the fact does choices even matter in the end as every road lead to disaster. Or saving many people using power responsibly. Even ending choices resonate this theme as it makes player to choose between using the great power saving one person no matter the cost.
